The Resort

The 16 individual bungalows, six hotel rooms in The Villa Gajah and The Private villa that comprise La Joya resort were inspired by the seashells found a few steps away on the perfect white sand of Balangan beach.

Each of the bungalows has a unique round free-standing structure that gives the bungalow the appearance of a local dwelling, rather than a hotel. All of the buildings are built from locally-sourced white limestone and are decorated with local art, sculpture and carvings.

The resort houses eight standard bungalows, seven deluxe bungalows, two deluxe rooms, two standard rooms, one standard family room and one Deluxe Family room, both of which are suitable for up to four guest. The gorgeous private villa, located adjacent to the grounds of the resort, sleeps up to eight guest.
